SHT 01Sequence

From raw ground to finished surface — under one roof.

Pavement is only as good as what sits beneath it. Because we do the dirt work and grading as well as the paving and concrete, every layer is built with the next one in mind.

  1. Step 1: Dirt works

Land clearing, excavation, embankments and hauling — moving earth to project specifications. It's the essential foundation for any project.

  2. Step 2: Grading

Shaping and contouring the terrain so water runs off where it should, erosion is prevented, and the surface above has a stable, uniform base.

  3. Step 3: New construction

Asphalt, concrete or customized surfaces for roads, parking lots, driveways and sidewalks — placed on a foundation we prepared ourselves.

  4. Step 4: Concrete, ADA & maintenance

Curb and gutter, ramps and flatwork, accessible parking and striping — then crack filling, patching, sealcoating and overlays to keep it performing.
